Nutek Disposables, Inc. has issued a “voluntary product recall at the retail level” of wipes<\/a> sold under the brand names Cuties, Diapers.com<\/a>, Femtex, Fred’s, Kidgets, Member’s Mark, Simply Right, Sunny Smiles, Tender Touch and Well Beginnings. Bacteria were found in some packages distributed before Oct. 21.<\/p>\n

Items may contain Burkholderia cepacia (B. cepacia), bacteria that can pose issues for people living with health problems, such as cystic fibrosis or chronic lung diseases, that lead to a weakened immune system, according to a press release from the FDA.<\/p>\n

The brands are sold in retailers including Walgreens, Sam’s Club and Family Dollar.<\/p>\n
