A veteran is eligible for Housebound benefits if he or she is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Permanently disabled and are homebound<\/li>\n<li>Permanently disabled with an additional partial disability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A veteran is not able to get both VA Aid and Attendance and Housebound benefits simultaneously.<\/p>\n<h2>Applying for VA Aid and Attendance and Housebound Benefits<\/h2>\n<p>When <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vba.va.gov\/pubs\/forms\/VBA-21-2680-ARE.pdf\">applying<\/a>, make sure you include copies of any evidence, like a doctor\u2019s report showing the need for VA Aid and Attendance or housebound care.
